Last updated: May 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using TabShare (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TabShare is a browser extension and web service that helps users package and share open browser tabs as a single link. Core features are available without creating an account. We may update features over time.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, TabShare grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you share using TabShare. Do not share material that you do not have the right to share or that violates applicable law, privacy rights, or these Terms.

5. Temporary links

Shares created via the Service are temporary by default. Link lifetimes and availability are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee indefinite availability of any shared link.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Using the Service to transmit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempting to circumvent security features or otherwise probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
  • Interfering with the Service or other users' access.

7. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party providers (CDNs, analytics, hosting). Your use of third-party features is subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content are owned by TabShare or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you create and share.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". TabShare disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TabShare and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TabShare and its officers, agents, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or unlawful conduct. You can stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TabShare is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

15. Contact

User Content and takedown

You are responsible for User Content you publish via the Service. If you believe content shared via TabShare infringes your rights or violates the law, contact legal@tabshare.link with a detailed takedown request. We also respond to DMCA notices; include the following in a DMCA report: identification of the infringed work, location of the infringing material, your contact info, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service and its users. In cases of non-serious or fixable issues we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and allow remediation; in severe or repeated violations we may immediately restrict access.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Service, you grant TabShare a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and incorporate that feedback without obligation.

Export controls

You may not use the Service in violation of export control laws. By using the Service you represent that you are not located in a restricted country or otherwise prohibited from receiving the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
